Half way through the Indian Premier League, we have seen some good performances by young Indians, who could go a long way in playing for
the Indian team. Every team has some promising young players who
have done well till the half way mark. Let’s spot some of the future
stars of Indian Cricket.

Manpreet Gony
Lead bowler of Chennai Super Kings who bowls Right-arm medium made his first-class debut for Punjab in 2007-08.

Shikhar Dhawan
Top-order batsman for the Delhi Daredevils who has had good stint in the first half of the IPL tourney.

Ravindra Jadeja
An allrounder who bats left-hand and bowls orthodox spin for Rajasthan Royals has shown some signs of becoming a future star.

Abhishek Nayar
Left-hand batsman and Right arm medium pacer Abhishek Nayar has played some real good cricket for the Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League.

Karan Goel
Karan Goel, a left-hand opening batsman and part-time offspinner for the Kings XI Punjab is also a good prospect. Even though he has not notched up big runs in the tourney, he seems to be a good prospect.

Swapnil Asnodkar
Another one from the stables of Rajasthan Royals. A Right-hand batsman and Right-arm offbreak who has played only one match. Seems promising.

Laxmi Ratan Shukla
The Knight Rider, Laxmi is a Right-hand batsman and a medium pacer.

Off-course we have Rohit Sharma, Piyush Chawla have represented India and they are very promising prospects. Hence not including in the above list.
